Dr. Anthunee Galvan - Doctor of Physical Therapy, men's volleyball setter, and Performance Training specialist operates his company Greater Athlete out of The EDGE Volleyball Club and we could not be happier!  He offers professional performance training with our athletes and we are seeing massive gains in vertical jump, arm swing speed and overall agility that are off-the-charts!

Team-based Performance Training (EDGE players and practice players only)

Get that pounding arm-swing and blast-off vertical with our team-based performance training package!

  • Each team will have dedicated workout times together for participating teammates
  • 10 workouts though the season

  • Run by Dr. Anthunee Galvan, DPT, Greater Athlete. About Anthunee:

  • Cost is $300 - Just $30/workout which is less than 50% of the cost of most performance training!

NOTE: Do not confuse Performance Training with Saturday Skills! Saturday Skills are a mandatory part of our practice schedule for all club players and practice players. While Performance Training is highly recommended by our coaches, it is an optional add-on. All players and practice players should come to Saturday Skills during club season.

Fall Performance Training during CYL season

Get started early on all of that performance training described for club!

  • Fall workouts begin Tuesday, August 31 and will run through the end of October
  • Sessions will be every Tuesday 4:30pm - 6:00pm
  • Get a head start on the same great training Dr Galvan will be providing our club players.
