Hitting Camp - Girls EDGE Only

For Beginner/Intermediate : learning fundamentals to be a more consistent hitter, hitting over the net and inbounds, fixing problems with footwork and contact point

For Advanced: Build off good fundamentals to learn how to hit directionally (hitting line and cross) and around blocks, improve hitting fast tempo sets with clear timing markers and positioning

When : Mon, Dec 22 & Tues, Dec 23

Beginner/Intermediate: 9AM - 11AM
Advanced: 12PM - 2PM
Cost: $75

Beginner/Intermediate (0-3 years of experience):  Focus on fundamentals

Day 1:  Footwork, timing, proper arm swing 

Day 2:  Continue from Day 1 + Spacing, alignment

Advanced (3+ years of experience, can consistently hit over the net with proper approach) 

Day 1:  Reinforce fundamentals and add control for directional hitting (line, hard  cross, tooling) , arm swing drills

Day 2: Focus on hitting all 4 tempos (0-3) with good fundamentals 

Defensive Reading Camp - Girls EDGE Only

For Beginner/Intermediate : learning reading fundamentals, midline, tip vs hitting,

For Advanced: Progressing from fundamental reading into advanced reading with a "ball, shoulder, and trunk" read 

When :  Mon, Dec 29 & Tues, Dec 30

Beginner/Intermediate: 9AM - 11AM
Advanced: 12PM - 2PM

Skills Study Hall - EDGE Only

Skills Study Hall is a chance to get more focused practice with a coach on a skill of their choice.  Cost: $20
